WHY ALTITUDE?
The benefits of altitude. Without living in the mountains.
Altitude exposure creates a powerful physiological stimulus. In response to reduced oxygen availability, your body adapts to improve oxygen transport and make better use of the oxygen available.
For endurance athletes, these adaptations can support aerobic performance — without having to relocate to the mountains for weeks at a time.
OUR APPROACH
Sleep high. Train low.
Traditional altitude camps require time, travel and the right location. Home altitude training brings the altitude to you instead.
Sleep in a controlled altitude environment overnight to accumulate long periods of hypoxic exposure - while continuing to train at normal altitude, where you can maintain training quality and intensity.
Altitude while you sleep. Normal oxygen when you train.
HOW IT WORKS
Altitude training, built into your routine.
01 - Choose your altitude
Start at a moderate altitude and gradually adjust the stimulus as your body adapts.
02 - Sleep at altitude
Use the hours you already spend sleeping to accumulate consistent hypoxic exposure.
03 - Train low
Complete your key training sessions at normal altitude to maintain quality and intensity.
04 - Adapt over time
Consistency matters. Build exposure over days and weeks rather than relying on occasional altitude sessions.

HOME ALTITUDE ROOMS
Your bedroom. Your altitude room.
NORMOX turns an existing room into a controlled altitude environment — without an altitude tent or permanent renovation. The generator sits outside the room and continuously supplies oxygen-reduced air. A compact sensor lets you monitor the oxygen level directly from your phone.
No altitude tent
Sleep normally in your own bed.
No permanent renovation
Installation can be done through a small wall opening, door or window solution.
Quiet inside the room
The generator stays outside your sleeping environment.
Altitude on demand
Adjust your simulated altitude to match your training strategy.
