Altitude Room App Control

How altitude works. And how we bring it into your room

ARC systems simulate altitude by precisely reducing oxygen concentration - creating a controlled hypoxic environment in your existing space

It’s not about adding something. It’s about removing oxygen

Altitude is defined by reduced oxygen availability. ARC systems lower the oxygen concentration in your room - replicating the conditions found at altitude, without changing pressure or requiring sealed chambers.

How it works.
Precisely controlled altitude - in your room

Step 1 - Air intake

  • Ambient air is drawn into the hypoxic generator, which is placed outside the altitude room

Step 2 - Oxygen reduction

  • Oxygen is selectively filtered out using membrane-based technology - creating reduced-oxygen air

Step 3 - Room air mixing & control

  • The reduced-oxygen air is continuously fed into the room. There, it mixes with the existing ambient air - gradually lowering the overall oxygen concentration.

  • This process continues until the selected target altitude is reached.

Step 4 - Automatic regulation

  • Once the target level is achieved, the system automatically pauses.

  • Integrated sensors continuously monitor oxygen levels in real time. If the concentration rises above the defined range, the system reactivates - maintaining a stable altitude environment without manual adjustment.

Altitude Room Setup with Outdoor Installation of Altitude Generator

A room. Not a device

Unlike masks, tents or closed systems, ARC transforms the entire room into a hypoxic environment. This allows natural movement, normal breathing and seamless integration into daily life.

Altitude Room Installation Process

ARC systems integrate into existing rooms using non-invasive solutions. If you move, your altitude room moves with you.

Installation is typically completed in around 2 hours - with no drilling or structural modifications required.

Safety by Design

Altitude training should be controlled, predictable - and safe. Unlike mask-based systems, NORMOX does not rely on the direct inhalation of highly concentrated hypoxic air. Instead, altitude is simulated at the room level through a gradual and controlled mixing process.

What makes it safer:

  • Controlled altitude range: Designed for moderate altitudes (~2,000–3,000 m), with a strict software limit at 3,500 m.

  • No direct inhalation: No masks. No forced breathing. Just a natural room environment.

  • Gradual oxygen reduction: Oxygen levels adjust slowly over 2–3 hours - no sudden drops.

  • Built-in system limitations: Standard power outlet operation makes extreme altitude levels for a whole room physically impossible.

  • Multi-layer safety logic: Automatic shutdown and continuous system monitoring.

  • Self-regulating environment: Rooms are not 100% airtight - oxygen levels normalize naturally if the system stops.

Result: A controlled, stable altitude environment - designed to avoid extreme exposure (> 6,000 m) and maximize safety.
